Note:The NQ603 and NQ604 are the same awning. Same cassette, same super-reinforced legless arms, same 6063-T5 structure, same 480 gsm PVC fabric. From the outside they are identical — the difference is entirely in how they open.

Frequently Asked Questions
12V DC, wired into the vehicle’s electrical system. Peak draw is 【待填】 A during opening and closing, and nothing at rest. Installation instructions and the wiring diagram are included with every unit.
A wall-mounted switch is supplied as standard. A remote control is available as an option, specified at the time of order. Either way the awning opens and closes at one touch, with no need to leave the vehicle.
The awning’s own movement, not wind speed at a fixed point. What damages an awning is not a number on an anemometer somewhere nearby, but the amplitude of the oscillation the structure is actually experiencing. Once that movement passes the set threshold, the motor retracts the awning without waiting for anyone to decide. It is offered on the NQ604 because this model is both motorised and legless — a hand-cranked awning gives the sensor nothing to act on, and an awning whose legs are pegged to the ground would damage itself trying to retract.
No. It responds to movement that has already begun, it can only retract an awning that is still free to retract, and it cannot reverse a load that has already deformed an arm. Close the awning before weather arrives and before you leave the vehicle. The sensor is there for the day that judgement goes wrong — it is not permission to leave the awning extended.
The arms. The NQ604 uses super-reinforced arms designed to carry the full span freestanding, with chain-linked joints that keep the fabric under even tension. Nothing touches the ground, which is the point: you can park close to a kerb, on a slope, or on decking and still open the awning fully.
